Refund policy

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase we have a 14-day store credit only policy. Which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request store credit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging and provide receipt or proof of purchase. Shop Emma Sofia has the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@shopemmasofia.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please provide your order number, issue with your order or missing item. Provide any pictures that support your  problem so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

Exceptions /Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom made products (such as special orders or personalized name items), earrings (due to health and hygiene reasons) and any personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on any sale or giveaway items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us directly for your return request. Once the return is accepted please make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and whether your request was approved or not. If approved, you will will receive store credit in the amount of your original purchase. Please be advised refund processing can take up to 5-10 days to post.
